Submitting Samples to the VMSR
The single most important element in a microarray experiment is sample quality. Microarrays are very sensitive to sample degradation - even only slightly degraded RNA can lead to poorer, less reproducible results. In an effort to ensure that our customers get the best possible data, we provide a set of recommended extraction and handling protocols, as well as a rigorous quality control process for each sample before any microarray work is begun.
