RNA Amplification
The VMSR uses NuGEN amplification kits when the investigator cannot meet the minimum requirements for a platform. Starting from as little as 50 ng of total RNA, we have achieved very good results with these kits.
NuGEN has proven amplification technologies available for Affymetrix GeneChips, spotted oligo arrays (including CombiMatrix arrays), and Real-time PCR experiments.
